Deleting your Powdium account
Last updated: 15 October 2026
You can delete your Powdium account and everything it holds at any time, from the app or by email. You do not need the app installed to ask.
From the app
On iPhone or Android: You → Delete your account. The export of every day you have recorded sits on the same screen, above the button, so you can keep a copy first — it is free and needs no account.
Without the app
Email support@powdium.app from the address you sign in with, asking for your account to be deleted. A person reads it, and the account is deleted within 30 days — usually the same day. You will get a reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Everything the account holds, including the files and not only the records that point at them:
- your account and email address
- the days you recorded, and their raw recordings
- your photographs
- your profile: name, username, picture and age band
- your passes (a pass belongs to the account, so it goes with it)
- parties, board posts, reports you filed, and the record of who you rode with for the Belt
What is kept
Only what was never on our servers. The days still on your phone stay there — they never needed an account. Reports you filed are deleted with the account, like everything else it holds.
Apple and Google keep their own records of what you bought from them, under their own policies.
